DESCRIPTION:Hi everyone\, we got some requests so I decided to have another cooking event! This time we’ll make karaage teisyoku with garlic koji. .By the way\, have you ever heard “garlic-kōji” before? It’s a kind of Japanese fermented condiment.I’ll teach you how to make it\, how to use it and why it’s good for your health. I’m so excited to be able to share Japanese food and Japanese fermented condiment etc. here\, especially as I got a license of a fermented Japanese food course last year! (I learnt it in Japanese and it seems like no one did it in the group and it’s my challenging\, so please forgive me if my explanation is not so smooth ).We are going to make karaage (chicken)\, rice\, miso-soup and some vegetables for a side but we won’t make everything in this picture. And also\, if there is something that you can’t eat\, you can serve what you’d like to eat as well.).We are going to make gluten-free karaage\, and we’ll teach you how to make garlic-kōji as well\, as it’s healthier\, easier and more delicious (I’ll teach you how to cook it without garlic-kōji as well.) .• Date: 2nd of June (Sunday)• Time: 10:45AM ~ 2PM (It can be longer.)• Place: Woodford(We’ll let you know our address once we get payment).• Price: ①$60　②$80① cooking the teishoku (only)② cooking the teishoku AND garlic-koji (You’ll take back home your garlic-koji.).As we’ll need to get ingredient (koji) from Sydney and it’s a bit pricey (if you’d like to attend with your partner but you’d like to make just one\, please pm us.)• Payment: You can bring here (cash) before the event or you can send us via bank transfer• Cancellation fee:After the 29th\, we’ll need to ask you 50% of Cancellation fee. If it’s a day before or on the day\, we will need to ask you 100% as we already prepare for you.• Available number: Minimum 2 people\, Max 4 people.• What you’ll need to bring:① apron and a pen if you’d like to take a memo.②garlic and salt (I’ll let you know how much and what kind of salt you’ll need to bring. If you can’t bring it\, you can use our one\, however we’ll need to ask you extra fee as we got them from Japan)\, medium size jar (clean one\, with lid which can fit 300ml) and apron. If you want to take a memo\, please bring a pen.If you have any food allergies\, please let us know before you book it. We are looking forward to sharing a Japanese fermented food with you ♡
